Everything on our menu is homemade under the guidance of Head Chef Alina Gagea. A former volleyball player for the Romanian national team – who rose through the Longbow ranks from Pastry Chef to Sous Chef to Head Chef – Alina brings the discipline, teamwork, and resilience from sports into her kitchen, leading a strong, supportive team to create dishes that showcase the very best of local ingredients.
